The voice interface for Quickbase.

For anyone tired of clicking through forms and copy-pasting into Quickbase. Create and update records by voice instead.

Brain dumps in. Clean records out.

Talk through what happened the way you'd tell a coworker. QVA pulls out the fields that matter, normalizes the values to match your Quickbase app, and shows you the record before it saves.

What you said

“Total cost of eight hundred and fifty bucks, job kicked off this morning, wrap up Thursday. Status in progress.”

Validates against your schema. Before you ever hit save.

Required fields, dropdown values, reference lookups — QVA respects them. If something's missing or doesn't match, you see it on the preview screen, not in a Quickbase error after the fact.

How it Works

Three screens. Pick a table, talk like you're explaining it to a coworker, then confirm the record before it saves.

1

Pick a table. Choose create or edit.

Drop into the dashboard, point QVA at the Quickbase app and table you're working in, and pick whether you're adding a new record or updating an existing one.

2

Hold the mic. Talk like a coworker.

The mic turns red and starts listening. Describe what happened in plain English — QVA transcribes in real time, then maps what you said to the fields on the table you picked.

Recording

“New work order for the Henderson site — HVAC repair, started this morning, labor came in at eight fifty, status in progress, due Thursday.”

Speak naturally. QVA pulls out fields, normalizes the values, and shows you the record before saving.

3

Review the record. Confirm or tweak.

Before anything is written to Quickbase, QVA shows you exactly what it parsed. Edit any field inline, then confirm. Required fields are flagged so you can't accidentally save an incomplete record.

Nothing stored. Ever.

QVA is an interface — not a data store. It uses your Quickbase user token, scoped to permissions you already have. Voice is transcribed in real time and discarded. Tokens are encrypted at rest with a key bound to your user identity. There's no transcript archive, no record cache, nothing for an attacker to steal that they couldn't get from Quickbase directly.

Have questions?

Quick answers to the most common security, product, and enterprise questions.

Yes — you can try QVA end-to-end before subscribing.
We extract structured fields from your request, validate against your schema, and create or update the record via the Quickbase API.
QVA doesn’t store raw audio, transcripts, or Quickbase record contents.
Built-in fields such as Record Owner and Last Modified appear as the connected user.
Yes. Enterprise SSO (SAML/OIDC) and a dedicated static IP for Quickbase IP allowlisting are available as add-ons.
Yes — cancel anytime. No lock-in.
No. QVA is an independent third-party tool built by Quickbase users. We integrate via the official Quickbase API.
Yes. Enterprise can be deployed on your infrastructure so you control networking, identity, and keys. Contact us for licensing and deployment options.
You do. Self-hosted uses your Gemini API key, so usage is billed directly to your organization.
We provide versioned releases and upgrade notes. You choose when to apply updates and can pin to a specific version for internal change control.
Power is per-seat (capped at 10 seats) with a 5,000 command/month quota per user. Team is flat per-org pricing with unlimited seats and a shared 10,000-command pool, plus domain auto-join and a usage dashboard for admins. Switch to Team when you stop wanting to think about seats.
Yes — Team plan includes domain auto-join. An admin allowlists your domain (which must match the admin's own email domain), and anyone who signs in with that domain joins the org automatically.
By default, voice writes pause until the next month. An admin can enable overage in settings, and writes continue past the limit (each one is flagged for billing reconciliation). No surprise charges; the default is “stop, don’t bill.”
